Empowering health.

Supporting science, education, access to nutrition, and the wilderness in the pursuit of mental and physical wellbeing.

Founded by Gabrielle Ellie Rubenstein in 2018.

Determined to honor her family and heritage while also forging a next-gen path of success, David M. Rubenstein’s daughter started her own Family Office so she could pursue her personal mission in life as well.

She created Mission:Ingredients to shine a light on the healing powers of nutrition and the great outdoors. In combination, they provide more vitality and purpose than any other ingredients for life.

Her mission is to prove it.

My Why - Mission: Ingredients

Everyone needs a purpose, a passion, a mission… which is exactly what Mission: Ingredients is!

For as far back as I can remember, I have had a variety of health issues that affect my day-to-day life. Over the years, I have learned to not focus on what I can’t do because of my health issues, but to focus on what I CAN do, as that is an attitude deeply instilled to me by my family. During that time frame, what I have learned I CAN do is improve my mental and physical well-being by grounding myself in nature, sourcing my own food, creating nutritious meals from that food and supporting organizations that help impact and educate how important nutrition and the great outdoors is to restoring populations vitality and contributions to society.

It is these reasons that I created Mission: Ingredients; I want to empower and unite others to focus on what they CAN do to improve their overall personal health and wellbeing but enhance the livelihood of their family, friends and neighbors as well. My core areas of focus on solving health issues include metabolic health, military health, and population health in the regions that I live and love - Alaska, the Rocky Mountains, the Midwest and the most recent addition the Southwest. I truly believe that by enabling people to take charge of their own health in the most natural way possible will ultimately ensure they have happiness and fulfillment in their lives. This in turn will allow them to make similar changes in their community, as for me, it is the people you trust the most and enjoy working with that have the solutions to help others.

To accomplish this, I strive to build partnerships, deepen relationships, and create teams that work together to find creative solutions to break barriers in metabolic, military and population health. We are all in this together and I look forward to continuing to build teams and relationships that improve the livelihood our community.

All the very best,

Gabrielle Rubenstein

When you grow up surrounded by investment theses, you have to find your own journey while honoring your roots. I feel connected to the earth, to the proteins and bounty available around us — they can comfort us, heal us, and help us live fuller lives. I know how to fish, hunt, and survive in the wilderness. I know first-hand the impact of nutrition and the outdoors on your wellbeing. If I can help someone discover those same roots and help them live a more vibrant, healthy life, my legacy will be intact.
